What happens to what you send

It is stored in a file on our server that is not reachable from the web, and it is read by us, not by a call centre.
It is never sold, never passed to a marketing list, and never used for anything but answering you.
If the deck turns out not to be a job for us, we say so and, if you want, we point you at someone who does that kind of work.
Ask us to delete it and we delete it. Email the same address and say so.

If this form fails

It will tell you. It will put your words in a box, ready to copy, with our email address beside it. What it will not do is show you a tick and throw your enquiry away, which is what a surprising number of contact forms on builder websites actually do.
